In the world of real estate having the first or one of the first "real estate apps" in your area can easily translate into dozens of leads and "app uploads" and home sales.
I spoke with a real estate agent in Sarasota yesterday who noticed that in his area there was only one app being offered by a real estate agent in the iTunes store so he went and loaded it up and then later called me to ask "How did you get that agent in the iTunes Store with an app?"The process is actually quite easy and simple to do but the fact is that right now there are over 300 million iPhone users who love using "apps" for helping them get things done. Hey all,
I am just looking for some advice. I started in the real estate business about a year and a half ago, and chose my broker and office fairly quickly. I am now starting to look into other offices, and I am not exactly what some good questions are to ask. I know the standard questions, but I hate the feeling of thinking of more questions after the meeting is over, so I wanted some help from more experienced Realtors.

The hype plus YOUR perception of thinking are being molded by battle cries from, "industry experts", seminarists, social media gurus and quite possibly maybe your own broker to keep you engaged and to try and prove they are "cutting edge". They tout seo, blog, commenting, syndication, video, myspace, spam email send outs and now twitter, linkd in, FB, pintrest, etc.. Success mostly and rarely being achieved by an unsuspecting intrepid internet neophyte, you. Always flip flopping to they next "new thingy". Remember you (most of you here) are a Realtor.
Most theories sound great, about how to generate a huge pipeline of an engaged audience that sadly and probably has a Realtor in the family or... less

Hard to quantify, because it is ongoing, throughout the day. And rarely am I sitting down at a computer to tweet. It's mostly from my phone. I am constantly replying to messages and posting new tweets and engaging in conversation with others, because it is something you need to maintain regularly in order to have success. If someone sends you a message, you want to make sure that you are set up to receive notifications and able to reply quickly, similar to email.

I know you've got a lot of online accounts. I do. If I print out the list of all my passwords, it's about 8 pages long. What a pain in the neck.
You probably also have your own story about someone you know or heard of who has been hurt by a hacker getting into one of their accounts. ...
