Creating content is easy when you know your prospect!
The more you are in the minds of your prospect/client/customer you are in their wallet!
Create a list of 5 topics you can contribute to your blog or podcast.
**Examples:
1. 5 Steps in creating an entrance for house acceptance.
2. Are you even ready? Questions to ask yourself BEFORE you buy a home.
3. Have 1st time buyers on your podcast telling your audience what they did FIRST before buying. (make sure you ask the questions)
4. Oh No What Did I Do? Questions a homeowner ask themselves AFTER the sale and how to solve them.
5.........
This does not have to be a 20 minute podcast or audio or a 500 word article. Short and sweet. Time is what a majority if us do not have.
The more content you create and publish in... your blog, podcast, facebook, twitter, free websites, articles submissions, press releases which are helpful with a little blurb about you at the end will have your prospects coming back for more and making you "LOVERAGE".
