Others sellers viewing your lis...  moreI would not use adjectives such as ugly and dirty in a MLS listing even if the seller agreed to it. I understand your point but most agents understand the description TLC and will set their buyers expectations accordingly. Others sellers viewing your listing will think your remarks are offensive and may think twice about calling you to sell their home. Amongst other things, a ugly and dirty house sold because it was priced and/or sold according to it's condition; there's a buyer for every house. That's my opinion.  less
