Many home buyers in today’s market are savvy enough to search the internet, make comparisons in value, watch market trends, and research the neighborhoods they are interested in. And buyers...
I was watching a reality real estate show last week. You know, the one that stars the high powered, high-end Realtor selling multi-million dollar homes on one coast or the other. I love these shows, if for nothing else, but to see the gorgeo...

I tend to alter the titles slightly, and am posting in a few different locations. I do not post to all, all the time, Active rain is strong as was Housing Storm. I also post strongly to newspapers on real estate or local issues and always sign with my name plain text and a line of information. ie Living in Toronto or Homes west Toronto as strengthening a key phrase.
Good Luck and Happy Blogging.

Yes, there are a few really simple ways to use these lead capture websites with an existing real estate website. One way to do it is to put banner ads on the side bars with a congruent offer like we did with this site of ours: http://chriscurryrealtor.com/. Another way is to do a really light pitch for your offer and lead capture site at the end of your articles. Or you could have an exit popup ad show up when people try to leave with a congruent offer. These are just a few things we have done to our real estate websites.
Also depending on what software you use to create your web forms you may or may not be able to add the second opt-in to what you have. Most of the time it is possible with custom coding. I don't know of any web form providers who offer it out in an easy non techie user interface for people who don't know how to code. Most would require you to do some coding. That's why I hired a team of programmers to create this ready to go double step lead capture website software for me: http://www.... less

After providing everything for a FHA203K loan the weak link appeared. BU hired an independent FHA appraiser that not only took his time but he went on a triip and could not work on the file when needed because he "didn't have access to a computer". Really? An agent in our office at Nextage Lighthouse Realty in Sarasota, Fla. decided to take on REOs. The first one she was sent to was gone...razed..and the bank didn't even know it. You must be a patient man. less

I live in Sarasota, Fla. thus the moniker Sarasota Suze has been given to me and I use it in some posts and my email is SarasotaSuze@gmail.com. I LOVE Sarasota and can't imagine living anywhere else. I'm a native Floridian and I have lived here for over 25 years. I live near the #1 beach in the US, Siesta Key. Right now we are inundated with tourists that clog our roads and stores and beaches and I love them. Our market has rebounded by over 13% and continues to be a robust market with buyers flying in everyday. I've got lots of information about Sarasota on my site. I have lots of vidoes on my blog too. Check it out and Like my FB page. I'll do the same for you. less
