I've been rolling out a brand awawreness campaign promoting agents to join National Realty Guild www.joinnrg.com for a flat fee of $250 per month.

This program gives the agents professional websites, branding package, lead tracking phone number, weekly training, etc. So the program is 99/1, $250 per month and agents keep all the $395 Broker Admin Fees they collect on their files as long as they complete A, B, and C...

The brokers in my market aren't too happy about it being so competetive, but my plan is to grow locally, regionally, then nationally and I'm looking for agents/brokers that want the support of my turn key program.

Do you think that it's too competetive?  less

Randy Burg There are other plans with reduced monthly expenses, but an agent closing 2 or three deals a month can make an extra $800-1200 per month which could pay for about 200 leads, a personal assistant or a Range Rover and a branded moving truck.
