Great business models for agents trying to increase cash flow..
Systems, Seminars and Perceived Proprietary Knowledge
As agents we are alwyas looking for an easier way to get clients. Always trying to dicover a magic wand or an alladdin lamp that will allow us to bypass normal sales activities and tools.
Many have turned to these activities in an effort make large sums of money as human nature propells us to "shortcuts". I am guilty of such. We may need a 12 step program to break these habits once and for all.
But as a business model to "help" other agents the returns are huge.  less

Learn how the web scripting content and structure of your web site exceed the written word (title, description, keywords). So many have concentrated on written word content the Search Engines are finding it hard to distinguish uniqueness.

Remember you (most of you here) are a Realtor.   Most theories sound great, about how to generate a huge pipeline of an engaged audience that sadly and probably has a Realtor in the family or knows about 7-10 others..   Think time spent and return on investment, whether investing time or money, chances are the "pros" want your email address to sell you more.   In this forum we will break it down.   NOTE: First clue - This system works so great I dont want to get filthy rich from it but I want you to, for a sum of time and money. :)   It's only a matter of time before a "cold calling program" or "door knocking" system will be put before the masses of Realtors who have little to show for all the years and money spent trying to be found first online when people get ready to make a sale or purchase..
