Most real estate websites do a bad job at generating leads. The main reason why is because they ask prospects for too much information. However you need as much information as you can get from prospects so you can qualify them.
In this video tip I show you how to gather a lot information from prospects while still keeping your conversions up. Watch the video to see how.
Also I talk about my automated customers membership program that includes the lead capture websites I review. If you would like to try them out for your own business then go here: www.AutomatedCustomers.com

I know that these lead capture pages really work and will kick a regular websites butt. As long as your program does what it says it will do and save me some time in creating multiple splash pages then you can count on my business. Thanks again and keep doing your thing!

THis makes total sense. Any way to use these lead capture sites with an existing website or add the second opt-in to what I have?

One way is to put banner ads on the side bars like we did with this site of ours: http://chriscurryrealtor.com/. Another is to do a really light pitch for your offer and lead capture site at the end of your articles. Or you could have an exit popup ad show up when people try to leave with a congruent offer. These are just a few things we have done to our real estate websites.
Also depending on what software you use to create your web forms you may or may not be able to add the second opt-in to what you have. Most of the time it is possible with custom coding. I don't know of any web form providers who offer it out in an easy non techie user interface for people who don't know how to code. That's why I hired a team of programmers to create this ready to go double step lead capture website software for me: http://www.automatedcustomers.com
I hope that helps.
